Hello! My name is Dr. Katie Kelsch, and I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I provide both assessment and therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults. I am a firm believer in the power of collaboration and cooperation, and I strive to develop comprehensive, holistic strategies that address the many aspects of an individual’s life influencing their mental health and well-being. My goal is to foster a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically through evidence-based assessment, intervention, and ongoing support.
In therapy, I help individuals work through a wide range of concerns and challenges, tailoring my approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. In addition to therapeutic services, I have specialized training in psychological, educational, and behavioral assessments. I conduct evaluations for concerns such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual and learning disabilities, mood and anxiety disorders, and other neurodevelopmental or psychiatric conditions.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Penn State University and went on to complete Duquesne University’s School Psychology program, where I received my Master’s in Child Psychology and Doctorate in School Psychology. I gained diverse experience through field placements in public schools and a pre-doctoral internship in private practice, and completed my post-doctoral fellowship with Ramous Psychology and Associates. My experiences across these settings have provided me with a deep understanding of how challenges can affect individuals across emotional, social, academic, and family domains, and how to effectively target those areas to promote growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
