Nadia Abbondanza is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who brings more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and adults through life’s challenges. She earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and School Counseling from Carlow University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Services from Davis & Elkins College.
Nadia specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.
